Honeywell Smart Energy has an excellent opportunity for a Senior Financial Analyst role based in Houston.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support SAP implementation from Finance stand
  • Support Scenario Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Data Validation activities
  • Support developing the Annual Operating Plan, Short Range Outlook and Forecast activities
  • Putting the execution plan in place, highlighting the risks and mitigation plans, driving the opportunities
  • Understand pricing and margin drivers, absorption and productivity in the plant, partner with ISC Finance to find opportunities
  • Drive Past Due collections, Inventory reductions
  • Develop detailed financial models and provide business leaders with a "What If" analysis and recommendations.
  • Understand manufacturing costing models to make detailed deep dive reviews with respective operations team
  • Support Timely month/quarter close
  • Drive compliance
  • Assist audits
  • Enhance internal controls
YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • 4 + years of Finance experience
  • 2+ years of experience with SAP

  • Preferably Qualified accountant
  • Manufacturing / Cost Accounting experience
  • Experienced in a matrixed organization
  • Strong work ethic with hands on approach
