This role is remote and can sit anywhere in the US

• Assist in driving and projecting monthly revenue and gross margin profitability for the division through analytics, expense management, variance analysis and investigation, department ownership, and creating visibility for leaders to derive actionable insights
• Identify risks and opportunities to the forecast and work with the business to provide financial insights to assist with decision making on strategic initiatives
• Partner with the team and business leaders to create financial reviews to present to executives on a monthly basis
• Manage budgets for key functional teams by partnering with business leaders and ensuring sound financial decisions are made
• Support special projects that will help automate internal processes and improve efficiencies
• Other ad-hoc strategic analyses and work across the business, as necessary

Additional Skills

• 2+ years experience in a FP&A role at high-growth startup or well established company
• In-depth knowledge of software/subscription as a service (SaaS) revenue models
• Exposure to Oracle, Tableau, Netsuite, and/or Hyperion a plus, but not required
• Advanced Excel modeling skills. Familiarity with building complex financial models and manipulating large datasets to help the company make strategic recommendations
• Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills with a formidable attention to detail
• Healthy curiosity to understand all aspects of the business
• Ability to work collaboratively to drive cross-functional execution on business goals
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves, be additive when and where you can, and support team tasks to help out the company when necessary

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years experience in finance or accounting roles
