The Financial Analyst supports functions related to financial and business analysis; budgeting, capital planning; financial trends and variance analysis; business development and project management. This role will report directly to the CFO and will have meaningful interaction with the extended senior leadership team.

Responsibilities:• Financial Planning & Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement while preparing regular management reporting packages• Strategic Financial Management: Contribute to the overall financial management strategy, including budgeting, forecasting and proactive financial planning.• Special Projects: Lead and contribute to special financial projects, providing strategic insights and actionable recommendations - including but not limited to technology implementation and adoption.• Bank Account Management: Oversee and manage company bank accounts, ensuring optimal utilization of funds, transaction accuracy, and strong relationship with financial institutions.• System Analysis: Collaborate with IT teams to analyze and optimize financial systems, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency.

Requirements• Bachelor's degree in Finance, accounting or a related field• Experience in financial analysis, system analysis and bank account management• Analytical skills in order to process large amounts of information and distill takeaways and action items for company leadership and cross-functional partners that drive organizational value• Ability to solve problems creatively and in a team environment• In-depth knowledge of financial planning and analysis best practices• Proficiency in financial software and advanced excel skills• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
