The Senior Financial Analyst I - Investor Relations will support the Senior Director, Investor Relations and Strategy. You will be expected to perform diverse and complex support duties for the Investor Relations function of AMN. Assignments will involve working with highly confidential information, handling extensive meeting schedules, assisting with the quarterly earnings process, and facilitating all external investor engagements. You will interact with executive, administrative, and senior leadership, as well as other important stakeholders internally and externally, to gather and communicate information as required.

The Senior Financial Analyst I - Investor Relations will support the Senior Director, Investor Relations and Strategy. You will be expected to perform diverse and complex support duties for the Investor Relations function of AMN. Assignments will involve working with highly confidential information, handling extensive meeting schedules, assisting with the quarterly earnings process, and facilitating all external investor engagements. You will interact with executive, administrative, and senior leadership, as well as other important stakeholders internally and externally, to gather and communicate information as required.
Job Tasks:
- Prepare analyses highlighting key trends within AMN's institutional ownership base for senior management and the Board of Directors.
- Assist with the development of critical Investor Relations content, such as quarterly earnings releases, business update presentations, Q&A support for executive management, and announcements of M&A and financial transactions.
- Work with business segment analysts, finance, accounting, and other departments to gather and validate information that informs the AMN message to equity and debt investors, sell-side analysts, and other constituencies.
- Manage concurrent workstreams with a high degree of organization and enthusiasm.
- Enhance your understanding of AMN's strategy and business model to support the team in addressing inbound questions from sell-side analysts and investors.
- Review and analyze sell-side financial models to generate consensus model including financial and operational data and valuation metrics.
- Monitor IR email/voicemail inquiries and help prepare responses to equity and fixed income investors, external stakeholders, and sell-side analysts.
- Track all investor marketing activities in NASDAQ IR Insight and create investor profiles, targeting and ownership reports.
- Assist in coordination and scheduling of IR roadshows, conferences, and other meetings.
- Attend and prepare summaries of analyst and investor meetings when necessary.
- Collect and monitor sell-side analyst reports, analysts' consensus estimates, and news media mentions of AMN to help the Senior Director, Investor Relations and Strategy provide feedback to management.
- Develop an understanding of the shareholder base and produce periodic reports for AMN leaders on shareholders, stock price performance, and comparative valuation metrics.
- Assist in management of the Company's IR website.
- Manage and research responses to IR data requests and assist in the coordination of the overall AMN investor message.

Minimum Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent combination of education and work experiences
Preferred Education/Certifications:
- In process towards obtaining Master's degree (in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration), CFA, CFP, CPA or other related certifications
Minimum Experience:
- 2 to 4 years of work experience in financial analysis or related field
Preferred Experience:
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis and business partnering experience
