Sr Financial Reporting Analyst

Delek US Holdings, Inc. is a diversified downstream energy company with assets in petroleum refining, logistics, asphalt, renewable fuels and convenience store retailing. We are hiring for the position of Sr Financial Reporting Analyst located in our Brentwood, Tennessee corporate office.

The Sr Financial Reporting Analyst will demonstrate in-depth conceptual and practical job knowledge and be able to solve complex problems.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assisting with writing and compiling support for the footnotes and related disclosures in both Delek US and Delek Logistics 10-Q and 10-K filings
• Provide support in preparation of other SEC filings, including Forms 8-K, S-3, S-4 and S-8s, as well as financial information used in press releases, in accordance with GAAP, SEC, and other regulatory reporting requirements
• Work closely with the Financial Reporting team to ensure that all necessary disclosures are presented and properly supported in all SEC filings
• Responsible for assisting with the audit process by preparing financial statement tie outs and related audit documentation
• Prepare and apply XBRL tagging on Forms 10-K and 10-Q
• Provide support and assistance to internal and external auditors
• Participate on various special projects as assigned by Senior Management

Required Qualifications - Education, Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5 years of related experience
