What You'll Bring:

• BA in Accounting or Finance and ability to apply key accounting and finance principles
• 4 - 6 years of direct experience in a financial forecasting, planning and analytics
• Experience with Microsoft Office products
• Experience with GL and Forecasting tools (e.g. PeopleSoft/Hyperion/OneStream)
• Experience with business intelligence applications (Tableau Desktop, Tableau Prep, Alteryx)
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently toward executing processes, and meeting deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities with presentation experience
• Must be detail oriented and organized
• Effective prioritization skills with ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to apply innovative approaches and problem-solving skills

What we'd love you see:

• An advanced degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA would be beneficial but not required
• Experience with business intelligence applications (Tableau Desktop, Tableau Prep, Alteryx) is a plus but not required
• Working knowledge of the business of technology is a plus
• Ability to build/update monthly reports, models and dashboards to track specific financial performance
• Ability to create ad-hoc financial analysis driven by the ever changing dynamics of a global organization

Impact You'll Make:

• Support/assist in preparation of quarterly forecast and annual budget cycle through reporting and analysis.
• Clearly communicate financial performance to respective SVPs/VPs and business owners.
• Provide consultative business intelligence to leadership to drive financial performance, anticipate future pressures, and manage spend, to ensure continued growth from bottom line perspective.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and assist in special projects, focus to improve forecasting accuracy and provide additional business insight.
• Assist in the preparation and review of capital expenditure requests.
