Sr Front-End Developer (Chicago, IL)

Description

We are currently looking for a Front-end Developer to help our team build out multiplatform UIs that enable our clients to react to the market quickly wherever they might be.

Primary Responsibilities

The job involves the following responsibilities:

  • Working with a team of developers
  • Building out web and mobile apps using styled-components, Typescript, React and React Native
  • PR reviews for jr devs
  • Other role-based responsibilities

Job Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you should have the following:

  • 5+ years of experience in Web application development with a preference for experience in Capital Markets and/or Financial Services
  • Strong Working Knowledge of JavaScript/Typescript, CSS, HTML5, JSON, and making API calls using HTTP
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript frameworks like React/Angular/Vue. Etc. with a preference for React
  • Working proficiency in developmental toolsets
  • Understanding of UI architecture and design across all systems
  • Self-starter with excellent analytical, and problem solving skills
  • Bonus: styled-components, React Native, Web Sockets, Web Workers, Jest, Puppeteer

The salary for this position is $110,000 - $140,000 + bonus + benefits.

*Note: This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with Chicago law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings.
