Sr. Full Stack Software Engineer (MiVIP Platform)

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable full stack applications and production-grade APIs within microservices and serverless architectures
• Own software delivery end-to-end, ensuring performance, security, reliability, and maintainability across all stages of development
• Build and maintain automated testing frameworks (unit, integration, performance) to ensure system quality and stability
• Collaborate with product managers, researchers, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices and delivery processes
• Write clear technical documentation to support internal teams and external API consumers
• Contribute to system architecture discussions and help shape engineering best practices within the team

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in full stack or software engineering roles using modern development frameworks
• Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with experience in SPA frameworks such as Bootstrap or similar
• Experience building backend services and APIs in microservices or serverless environments
• Solid understanding of relational databases such as PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with AWS services (e.g., S3, SQS, ECS, EC2, Lambda) is highly desirable
• Experience using Git and working in Agile development environments
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work on complex, ambiguous requirements
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and globally distributed teams
• Experience mentoring peers and contributing to technical direction is a plus
