Position Title: Sr. Functional Analyst - Hybris Commerce

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement world-class eCommerce solutions for major international brand customers;
• Integral member of a customer-facing project Scrum team using our successful Agile Project Delivery Framework;
• Deliver Projects for C4Commerce/Hybris and manage risk to production systems;
• Deliver and manage in a timely manner, small enhancement projects to meet business requirements;
• When assigned to a Key Project, work as part of the wider team to deliver the project requirements as per agreed scope, including writing functional specifications, system configuration and build, test planning and execution, training documentation and delivery, and contributing to on time and in budget Application deliverables and goals;
• Where appropriate ensure required Regressions testing takes place on the project deliverables within the Release cycle;
• Deliver projects transition into support, ensuring that all areas of transition are covered;
• Support Defect Resolution during project and Warranty period of Key Projects;
• Ensure early escalation of issues when identified;
• Manage delivery of day-to-day ongoing support, resolving tickets and actively monitoring ticket queues including escalation within and outside IS when warranted;
• Involved in recommending decisions or resolutions, pro-actively on tickets assigned to the Functional area;
• Manage own prioritization and address any conflicting priorities;
• Co-ordination with any 3rd party where necessary on day to day support activity;
• Communication and development for C4Commerce/Hybris Application;
• Work Extensively with the UI/UX team in finalizing wireframes and HTML Development;
• Take lead on various business facing activities such as Functionally designing and documenting specific business components, integrations or larger parts of the solution;
• Take part in customer-facing activities, mostly remotely although possibility of occasional travel a few times per year; and
• Work closely with our Quality Assurance team as part of the Scrum team.

MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field of study
• 6 years of progressive experience performing job duties as performed by a Business Analyst/Functional Analyst role;
• 4 years of experience presenting and explaining technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding;
• 3 years of eCommerce project experience;
• 3 years of experience in eCommerce Functional role;
• 3 years of experience with unit testing techniques and frameworks;
• 3 years of experience with oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication;
• 3 years of experience with customer facing activities;
• 3 years of experience managing and implementing projects and contributing to concept development;
• 3 years of experience identifying, analyzing, and resolving business issues through solution-oriented projects;
• 3 years of experience performing in a high pressure environment and/or crisis situation and rendering good decisions to resolve the problems, maintain safety, and ensure adherence to the Corporate Code of Conduct; and
• 1 year of experience with application performance tuning.
• Work from home available. Must reside within commuting distance from employer's Calhoun, GA office.
• Requires approximately 25% travel to other company worksite locations.
• Experience may be gained concurrently.
