We are looking for a Sr. Global Controller of Accounting and Tax to join our team!

The main mission will be to keep building global accounting internal control and tax infrastructure to promote efficiency and scalability of the businesses.

Expected Outcomes & Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate financial reporting compliance and global consolidation while upholding IFRS and US GAAP standards and maintaining transparent relationships with auditors.

• Lead accounting close reviewing entries and analytics and actively participating in Board and senior management presentations.

• Develop Accounting Manual identify tax risks and collaborate on global tax planning and compliance with Tax Advisors.

• Drive corporate structure planning with Legal actively engage in fundraising and implement accounting and tax strategies for diverse entities.

• Act as Netsuite key user enforce internal controls for financial transactions and efficiently manage resources for continuous improvement.

Experience/ Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting. A postgraduate in International Tax IFRS or an MBA in Finance is a plus.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in similar positions.

• Background in big firms or Multinational companies.

• Background in retail and e-commerce is a plus.

• This is a very technical role the solid knowledge is key.

• Excellent spoken and written English is a must.

• Advanced in PowerPoint Excel and Google Sheets is a plus.
