This is an exciting time at Enovix! We are looking for experienced candidates to help support our new lithium-ion battery production facility in Penang, Malaysia for commercialization of our 3D Silicon™ Lithium-ion Rechargeable Battery.

Responsibilities:

• Built and support global and regional SharePoint Site Architecture.
• Built and support global and regional access groups and permissions.
• Governance, Policies, and Procedures for SharePoint sites, Teams and OneDrive.
• Ability to troubleshoot and support current sites and solutions deployed.
• Build a portfolio/case management for Legal.
• Document management strategy and implementation for entire organization.
• Implement multi-lingual sites.
• Automate to manage site/teams lifecycle, access control.
• Improve lifecycle, onboarding and offboarding process related to internal and external users.
• Replace SPEC and MEMO system with SharePoint.
• Optimize and support IRM for internal and external users/content.
• Designing and developing custom SharePoint solutions based on business requirements.
• Work closely with the business and users to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships.
• Collaborating with other developers and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Creating and configuring SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, managed metadata and web parts.
• Providing technical support for SharePoint users.
• Developing and implementing SharePoint security and access controls.
• Identify, analyze, develop, and digitize processes across the business to enable automation where possible.
• Develop solutions leveraging the Power Platform.
• Ability to maintain content for intranet and document management structures.
• Strong knowledge of web parts and good UI/UX design.

Skills and Experience

• Experience in both implementation and delivery of SharePoint solutions whilst having a technical experience of:
• SharePoint Online
• OneDrive
• Teams
• Power Shell
• Power Apps
• Power Automate
• Power BI
• Education: B.S. in computer science or equivalent
