Sr Graphic Designer

POSITION SUMMARY:

Senior Graphic Designer position sits in PVH Comm, a multifaceted team of communications and branding strategists with a 360 degree approach. Our job is to create synergy and alignment (think corporate branding, global associate campaigns, large- scale rollouts, and creating comm strategies for our partners) within our functions, regions and brands. As Senior Graphic Designer, you will identify client needs and deliver creative and impactful graphic design solutions across a variety of areas incl. online, print, presentations, events, environment, etc.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB
• Develops innovative, own-able solutions that support corporate branding goals
• Delivers creative execution across all relevant channels (i.e. web-based marketing materials: intranet, portals, social media, employer branding/recruitment) and vehicles (i.e. company collateral, executive presentations in PowerPoint and Keynote, office branding and video storyboards)
• Strong understanding of best practices related to designing for digital platforms (emails, website, social media, video and interactive)
• Collaborates across teams to understand and meet the objectives of internal design initiatives
• Helps shape and inform strategy as a member of the PVH Comm team, bringing a creative design lens to the conversation
• Continually provide insight into industry best practices, design trends, and content generation ideas
• Represents the creative team with executives and other business partners, including agencies
• Operates in a fast-paced environment and can easily change direction when urgent communication needs arise
• Strong organization skills, including attention to detail and ability prioritize effectively

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience
• 4+ years of experience within a in-house design team, design studio or agency.
• Strong typography skills required.
• Portfolio link required for all applications.

Education:

BFA in Communications Design, Graphic Design or equivalent professional experience

Skills:
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Proficient with the SketchApp.
• Motion design and video editing experience is a plus.
