This role is designed for a highly creative visual storyteller who can translate business goals into compelling, cohesive design across digital and print platforms. You will play a key role in shaping brand expression, leading concept development, and ensuring visual consistency across campaigns, marketing assets, and product communications. Working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, you will partner closely with marketing, product, and external teams to deliver high-impact creative solutions. The position requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with ownership of projects from ideation through final production. You will also contribute to elevating design standards, mentoring peers, and influencing creative direction across initiatives. Accountabilities:

  • Lead the creation of high-quality visual designs across digital, print, web, social media, email, presentations, and branding initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand identity and business objectives.
  • Translate creative briefs and marketing strategies into innovative visual concepts that elevate campaigns and strengthen audience engagement.
  • Drive concept development for major creative initiatives while ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product teams, copywriters, and external agencies to deliver cohesive and impactful design solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and production requirements are consistently met.
  • Prepare final production-ready artwork for both digital and print outputs, ensuring accuracy in layout, typography, color, and formatting.
  • Provide creative direction, feedback, and mentorship to support team development and improve overall design quality.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, with 5–8+ years of professional design experience in marketing, agency, or corporate environments.
    • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital and print design, branding, conceptual thinking, and visual storytelling.
    • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with additional experience in tools such as Figma, Sketch, or CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) considered a plus.
    • Deep understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and modern design principles with strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high creative standards.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to present, justify, and refine design concepts based on feedback.
    • Collaborative, proactive mindset with curiosity for emerging design trends and evolving creative technologies.
