Job Summary:

The Senior Graphic Designer develops and produces the aesthetics, visual designs, and layout of creative brand designs, product artwork, marketing materials. They ensure that the imagery and messaging promote the company brand identity to increase awareness and generate demand, drive engagement and customer retention and deliver sales and revenue.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop fast-paced design projects. Develop and deliver creative digital and print design projects from start to finish to support the full range of ACI's marketing needs, including advertising, trade show assets, infographics and other campaign materials.
• Collaborate. Collaborate with internal colleagues to bring designs to life, providing design concepts and incorporating team feedback to deliver on-brand, approved marketing assets.
• Deliver brand consistency. Work within established design templates when available to ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Be the design resource. Work with internal and external design resources to execute creative projects, refine look and feel of ACI's marketing assets and ensure consistency of ACI's visual identity.
• Assess effectiveness. Diagnose the effectiveness of imagery and presentation needs by meeting with colleagues, consultants, vendors and resolve any related design issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Understand and adhere to all corporate policies to include but not limited to the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required for the job:

• 5-8 years of experience as a professional graphic designer able to demonstrable skills with a strong portfolio
• Expertise in the latest versions of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc); video editing/motion graphics experience preferred
• Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, team player, and the ability to influence through conversation
• Outstanding organization and time management skills to work in a deadline-driven environment
• Ability to develop innovative design approaches while staying within ACI brand guidelines
• Ability to work, communicate and collaborate in a team environment
• Ability to take design direction and work with input from senior creatives
• Strong ability to learn technology and keep up with ever-changing advances and capabilities

Work Environment:

• Standard work environment
• Majority of time spent on PC (Phys. Req.)
