The Recruiter is responsible guiding the recruitment of Saviynt’s talent and next generation of HR. This position supports US recruitment with Sales, Professional Services, and Marketing roles. This person will source candidates, work with outside vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure that we are growing our workforce with bright, ambitious talent, while running our department smoothly and efficiently with all of the day-to-day tasks. The role can work remotely based in the LA or Atlanta area with the ability to come to the office 1 time per week.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Drive full-cycle Talent Acquisition for the US and other geographies as assigned,
  • Source, select, assess, manage, and sell candidates on our opportunities
  • Coach hiring managers around optimal recruiting processes (LEVER usage, approvals, interview techniques and approaches)
  • Develop our employment brand on external sites (GlassDoor, LinkedIN)
  • Partner with Global Talent Acquisition team to share best practices and collaborate on global TA initiatives
  • Assist HR team with various projects involving employee onboarding and new hire orientation, and special projects/initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to drive continuous improvement with existing HR systems and processes.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with a proven ability to drive success.
  • Passionate about commercial & GTM hiring, with experience recruiting for sales, business development, account management, growth/marketing, and partnership roles across various levels, particularly in EMEA markets.
  • Previous experience recruiting for Identity and Access Management (IAM) roles preferred.
  • Proven experience in a Pan-European environment, with the ability to recruit across borders while understanding local laws, regulations, and cultural nuances within the EMEA region.
  • Success in Talent Acquisition within a technology-focused organization (start-up or mid-sized), particularly in multinational or matrixed environments that emphasize strategy and innovation.
  • Experience managing external staffing agencies, recruiting firms, and RPOs.
  • Skilled at establishing candidate- and business-focused recruiting processes.
  • Strong creative problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Track record of driving change and influencing stakeholders at all levels without direct authority.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, with limited resources, typical of start-up organizations.
  • Experienced in building high-quality teams in scaling software startups.
  • Knowledge of EMEA employment laws and general HR best practices is a plus.
  • Trusted partner for internal stakeholders, collaborating closely with hiring managers and other teams as a talent expert.

- Complete security & privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter
