The Sr HR Manager/Global HRBP will have dual responsibility as a trusted member of the North America team, with dual reporting to the VP Global Human Resources for the global HR Business Partner role. This position will work both strategically and hands-on to deliver results for the business, and with global responsibility setting overall direction on HR strategy with executive leaders to align the business and people strategy. This role will work closely with the key leaders of our Finance, Digital CX & IT and Legal/Compliance functions across our global footprint, partnering with the business to develop an end-to-end talent management and organizational development strategy. They will partner with regional HR leaders, site HR and subject matter experts to deploy their functional and people strategy in a dynamic, collaborative, and supportive environment that fosters growth and professional development. Essential Responsibilities:

Global HRBP

  • With respective executive leaders, organizational design, talent management for director level and above, and partner on overall accountability for organizational results
  • Accountable for succession planning for director level and above talent
  • Develop the talent pipeline for critical positions
  • Accountable for development plans of HiPo talent in partnership with the region HR partners
  • Design and develop a pay for performance total rewards strategy in partnership and alignment with the total rewards leader
  • On boarding of senior leaders joining supported functions across the globe

Regional HRBP

  • Partner with business to integrate people strategies with overall organizational strategy
  • Partner and consult with respective business leaders in the areas of organization design & capability, change management, and facilitating skill and leadership development
  • Aligning the business and HR strategy, diagnosing the gaps and providing solutions for global implementation
  • Implementation of succession planning process, fostering leadership development & career progression of key talent across supported functions
  • Responsible for the implementation of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives in collaboration with the regional HR organization
  • Aligning people practices delivering the DFS employer brand promise
  • Coaching the key leaders in respective functions in the context of development
  • Implementation of the talent engagement process, i.e., recruitment of regional and global key staff, compensation process, promotions, training and performance management with HR Operations partnership
  • Supporting the global mobility of key resources as needed in partnership with global mobility partner
  • Ensuring corporate policies and processes are implemented effectively
  • Analyze and manage key people metrics for the respective functions

Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or similar discipline with 5 to 7 years of HRBP experience, preferably within a global technology or manufacturing company, or equivalent combination of education & experience
  • 3 to 5 years of experience partnering with global senior leadership teams
  • Experience managing a global workforce; in-depth understanding of multiple talent landscapes
  • Proven ability to work in a matrixed environment
  • Experience as a trusted resource, as a member of a senior level executive team
  • Experience in multiple locations; global experience would be an advantage for this role
  • Intermediate to advanced user of MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
  • Fluent English language skills, both verbal and written
