Citizens is seeking a Senior HR Relationship Manager to support our exciting & dynamic Enterprise Experience Organization. No day is the same and you'll support an innovative and award-winning leadership team with functional coverage spanning across all of the key capability areas that make Citizens a distinctive brand in the marketplace. We are embarking on an enterprise data and analytics transformation as well as launching GenAI uses cases to tap into the power and potential of how these capabilities can enhance the colleague experience and transform how customers experience Citizens. Other strategic coverage areas include Marketing, Payments, Sustainability, User Experience & Design, Strategy, Communications & Corporate Affairs.
In this role, you will provide support to the SR HRBP and oversee Human Resource policies and programs in accordance with corporate policies and procedures. The major areas of interest include, organizational planning, organizational development, recruiting and staffing, training, employee relations, compensation, benefits, safety and health services. Lastly, you will ensure Human Resource practices and objectives support the strategic goals and objectives of the business.
Specific Responsibilities include:
- Ensures proper implementation of wage and salary structure, pay policies, performance appraisal programs, employee benefit programs and services and company safety and health programs and monitors for effectiveness and cost containment at state level (Recommends and implements changes to the above)
- Manages process of organizational planning that evaluates structure, job design, and forecasting throughout designated business
- Coordinates and integrates activities across division lines as needed
- Makes recommendations for Human Resources policies and objectives for the group and company
- Presents company culture and business practices positively and realistically to managers and employees through a variety of mediums. Ensures compliance with legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting Human Resources function (e.g. OSHA, EEO, TEFRA, ERISA, Wage and Hour)
- Monitor exposure of company
Qualifications
- 3+ years of HR experience preferred in Financial Services industry
- Proven ability and experience at consulting, advising and influencing business managers
- Ability to influence and maintain collaborative relationships with business leaders, peers and partners
- Strong diagnostic, analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Business knowledge and acumen
- Project management, organizing and prioritization skills
- Experienced working in a matrix environment where collaboration is key in providing exceptional results
Hours & Work Schedule
- Hours per Week: 40
- Work Schedule: M-F
