This position can sit in our Baltimore, Washington DC, Short Hills, Atlanta, Reston, Wilmington, Boston, Chicago, Raleigh, Tampa, Miami, or Philadelphia office and offers a hybrid remote work opportunity.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 6 years of relevant experience supporting at least three areas of human resources
- Ability to adapt communication style and message to fit audience, communicates clearly, concisely and able to deliver a compelling message, communicates effectively up, down and across all levels and able to share innovative and strategic ideas with team members
- Ability to develop presentation materials that are clear, succinct and reflect intended message
- Strategic thinking and analytics
- Applies technical knowledge and knowledge of team and resources to advance projects and processes
- Ability to apply analysis, experience and good judgment when making decisions and able to separate opinion from fact
- Ability to develop clear action plans with results-oriented goals for measuring success
- Experience leading project plans for timely completion
- Ability to take ownership of quality management for team member work product
- Uses best practices in workflow management solutioning for self and processes
- Experience utilizing process improvement methodologies with a focus on continuous improvement
- Experience with workflow design, project management and time management skills
- Knowledgeable in at least three of the following HR areas of specialty such as onboarding, management of the alumni portal, open enrollment, performance management, global mobility, training and development
- Intermediate skills with MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Experience in Workday and ServiceNow or similar system
- Strong customer service focus centered on building an exceptional employee experience
- Experience in delegating work effectively
- Ability to encourage collaboration, and push others to achieve results
- Experience in keeping the team informed to bring projects to completion,
- Ability to develop strong network of contacts and build trust throughout the firm
- Ability to drive improvement through collaboration with other departments and provide current, direct, complete and actionable feedback

What will your day look like?
As a Sr Human Resources Solutions Specialist you will support the development, management, and execution of firmwide HR initiatives in one or more areas of HR Benefits, Compensation, Global Mobility, Onboarding, Orientation, Performance Management, Talent, Diversity and Inclusion, HR operations, etc. You will partner with Manager, HR Solutions, Centers of Excellence, Strategic HR Advisors and HR Business Partners to bring strategic plans from concept through implementation.
In this role, you will utilize expert project planning, process improvement and change management tools and techniques to effectively support the design, development and deployment phases and meet project deadlines on budget. You will build strong relationships with the Centers of Excellence, Strategic HR Advisors and HR Business Partners. You will also lead and manage HR programming needs on a daily basis. You will lead the development, ongoing review and updating, and effectiveness of internal HR content including the governance framework.
You will design, deploy, and continuously improve an exceptional onboarding and orientation experience for new hires. You will manage vendor selection and relationships, partner with procurement on the RFP process, vendor selection and execution of contracts. You will measure vendor ROI and address performance issues to ensure that SLAs are consistently met. You will create and manage complex reports, assist in the design, deployment and monitoring of key HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of functions and programs, pull together HR metrics, summarize, and report out the results with analyzed data, as well as conduct benchmarking studies.
Additionally, you will stay up to date with best practices in key HR focus areas and share knowledge with the team. You will manage the orientation and onboarding process, conduct orientation meetings with new partners and employees to ensure the seamless integration and assimilation of new hires into the firm's culture and the delivery of an exceptional employee onboarding experience. You will also continuously review and update onboarding content inclusive of all firm practice groups and administrative departments. You will manage process for onboarding content updates.
