Job Summary
This position is responsible for Gathering and Assessing Business Enhancement Needs and preparing System Requirements. Create Test Plans and Test Cases, Conduct Testing and Coordinate Deployment with it. Perform Analysis, Development and Evaluation of Data Mining in a Data Warehouse Environment; Including Data Design. Use Data Management Tools to Review and Validate Data Loaded into the Data Warehouse for Accuracy. Investigate Problems and Develop Recommendations for Resolution. Generate Ad Hoc Reports and regular Datasets or Report Information For End-Users Using System Tools And Database or Data Warehouse Queries. Research, Test and Implement New Network Partner*S Data In Dentemax*S Database Management Tool. Document Business Rules for each Network Partner. Provide Technical Consulting to Users of the Data Warehouses and Advises Users on Conflicts and inappropriate Data Usage. Responsible for Extraction, Loading, and Fixing Data Issues. Responsible for the Maintenance Of Network Partner Provider Data Load In Dentemax*S Database Management Tool. Establish Detailed Process Documentation and Validation Best Practices for all Data Processes.
Required Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree and 3 years of data analysis and manipulation OR 8 years of data analysis and manipulation.
- 3 years? experience in SQL or VBA
- Experience with relational database concepts, and the creation of queries and reports using SQL or reporting tools.
- Analytical, conceptual and root cause analysis skills.
- Experience working or multiple projects simultaneously both independently and as part of a team to accomplish goals.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication and people skills.
- Experience developing reports using software such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access.
- Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability.
- Schedule driven and focused on best quality data delivery with keen eye for details.
- Project management and leadership skills.
- Organized and methodical with good time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player.
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and multiple projects concurrently.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
- Healthcare Industry experience.
