Job Summary

This Position Is Responsible For Providing Technical Leadership In The Formulation And Execution Of Cloud Architecture; Participating In Key

Health Care Service Corporation seeks Sr Infra Eng Cloud Auto & Tools at its facility located at 300 E Randolph Street, Chicago, IL 60601.

Responsible for providing technical leadership in the formulation and execution of cloud architecture. Participate in key architecture and Cloud based infrastructure decisions across organization. Develop processes, procedures, policies and standards for Cloud and Automation services. Design and build Infrastructure Management tools for assigned tools. Monitor the operations of cloud computing platforms and infrastructure. Design, develop, and implement automation solutions by integrating custom and commercial automation and monitoring tools. Provide dedicated support to DevOps to continually automate environment builds. Define and perform Cloud, Automation and Tools lifecycle management. Collaborate with Product Managers, Solutions Engineering, Infrastructure Operations, and DevOps in the design and build of automation. Coordinate with onshore/offshore teams to drive future automation solutions. Educate RUN organization on the benefits and proper use of automation tools. Provide approaches, tools, and techniques for anticipating, recognizing, managing, and resolving technical (hardware, software, application, or operational) problems. Transition to RUN organization for daily operations.

Required Job Qualifications:

This position requires a bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Technology or a related field and 4 years of experience in Information Technology Specialist or related occupation. Additionally, the applicant must have employment experience with:

(1) Service technologies;

(2) Cloud Orchestration and Management technologies;

(3) Monitoring and Event Management technologies;

(4) Automation technologies;

(5) Operations Management experience;

(6) ITIL v3; and

(7) IT standards, procedures, policies.

Base Pay Range$88,700.00 - $160,200.00
