ABOUT THE ROLE

Oversee and direct operations Power Systems as well as be part of overseeing and directing operations for world-class integrated supply chain projects. Assess project issues and develop enhanced resolutions to meet or exceed productivity, quality, and customers satisfaction goals and objectives. Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with key stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive and execute new transitions using new Transitions standards
• Influence functional stakeholders to drive project completion times
• Build robust MOS towards execution of on time completion transitions
• Process optimization and improvement
• Support Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) sites
• Work with the factory team
• Support to manage risk

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

YOU MUST HAVE

• High School Diploma / GED
• 2+ years of project management experience

• Experience of managing multiple projects
• Global company working experience
• Relevant Manufacturing Experience in Aerospace or Space/Defense
• Lead/drive change, and influence/mentor others
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• PMP Certification
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related majors
