The Senior IT Analyst role will help execute Honeywell SPS digital analytics strategies to facilitate effective deployment of new solution to improve SPS business results. You will be the liaison between the business and IT to support current processes and define requirements for deployment of data driven solutions. This role will help drive strategy, delivery, and operational support of the Honeywell Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) platform. Your technical and project management skills will be key to driving improvement in SPS data availability, accuracy, and digital analytic adoption across the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide EDW operational support for SPS in collaboration with the EDW Operations team and communicate data issues and resolution activities

• Perform business process reviews, data availability/gap analysis, and root cause investigation to develop recommendations to drive data focused solutions.

• Own data integration process from source systems into EDW including data definition, business rules, data availability and integrity

• Apply knowledge of current business analytic strategies and tools to enable effective and timely decision making

• Support SPS EDW data strategy, AOP and technology roadmap to enable business goals and objectives

• Participate in program scrum calls to support EDW programs and related initiatives

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to prioritize EDW demand and develop business cases for new requirements/projects

MUST HAVE:• 3+ years of experience with a focus on delivery and support of complex data and reporting programs

• Proven ability to effectively partner with business customers, suppliers and IT at both business partner and technical levels

• Involvement working cross functionally on large programs with complex integration points using various business models and data alignment efforts

• Knowledge of ERP functionality and data flow (i.e., Finance, Supply Chain, Sales Order, etc.)

• Experience with industry leading Data warehouse, analytic, and BI environments.

• Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, Business Objects, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytic tools.

• Strong oral and written communication skills
