What is my Impact?
Senior IT Business Systems Analyst has strong analytical skills are vital to analyze IT performance data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. The Senior IT Business Systems Analyst should be comfortable working with data, extracting insights, and using metrics to track and measure the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
What are my Key Responsibilities?• Create, implement, and monitor a continuous improvement system for companywide IT support.• Provides oversight as well as coordinating with the functional and technical leads during development, implementation, and testing of highly complex projects.• Drives business architecture design (including Business Process), capability roadmap development and strategy development for the domain• Responsible for leading/facilitating business requirements gathering and determining technical impacts• Leads the development of system related documentation that includes flow charts, workflow tables, mapping documents, integration specifications and provides system training
What is Required?• Required Work Experience: 5+ years related work experience. Experience Details: Application development and/or systems analysis role in an IT environment.• Required Education: Related Bachelor's degree or additional related equivalent work experience in an IT related field.• Must be Six Sigma black belt certified or Lean equivalent black belt certified.• Possess a combination of technical expertise, process improvement skills, and strong leadership abilities with the ability to lead and facilitate change, effectively communicate with stakeholders, and address resistance is essential.• Solid project management skills, including project planning, scope management, resource allocation, risk management, and project tracking, are crucial for successful implementation and completion of improvement projects.• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify, address root causes, and implementing sustainable solutions for IT issues.• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for effectively conveying ideas, presenting findings, facilitating discussions, and gaining support for improvement initiatives.
What is Preferred?• Experience using Agile methodology in the Health Care industry.
General Physical Demands:
Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally to move objects. Jobs are sedentary if traversing activities are required only occasionally.

Annualized Salary Range: $93,700 - $152,200
Typical Annualized Hiring Range: $93,700 - $117,100
Final pay will be determined with consideration of market competitiveness, internal equity, and the job-related knowledge, skills, training, and experience you bring.
