UKG has an immediate opportunity for a communications professional to join its Digital organization, comprised of IT, Global Security, and Enterprise Risk operations. As a member of the Digital Communications & Enablement team, you will develop and implement internal communications programs that engage, educate, and enable more than 14,000 employees worldwide. The Digital Communications & Enablement function can be likened to a boutique tech PR/marketing agency whose clients are internal stakeholders. This function reports to our Senior Director of Communications & Enablement.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:• Devise and execute communications strategies and tactics that support planned Digital organization projects as well as create proactive campaigns that help employees optimize use of technology systems and tools• Triage, track, and own ad hoc inbound communications requests and activities• Collaborate with project sponsors, project managers, and other team members to assess risk, determine user impact, understand current / future state, and provide counsel on the assets and resources needed for end users to comfortably navigate change and/or adopt new technologies• Develop messaging and multimedia content (e.g., written communications, infographics, web pages, videos, and more) for various internal communication channels (email, intranet, digital

signage, etc.)• Collaborate with the rest of the team to keep employee-facing Digital organization communications assets and resources up to date (intranet pages / content, links, knowledge articles, etc.)• Monitor intranet and Microsoft Teams feeds, and post fresh content as well as reply to employee comments, as appropriate • Create and post announcements about outages, planned maintenance, and other technology developments in our Global IT Support platform• Help educate new employees about corporate technologies / systems, standard tools, best practices, global support, and much more by hosting the IT segment of new hire orientation• Assist in conducting Digital organization communications audits • Help keep our internal department as well as communications team channels and resources up to date (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint sites, comms calendars, etc.) • Be an evangelist for the Digital organization

Qualifications• 5 or more years of related work experience, preferably in the business to business (B2B) high tech market; high tech PR agency experience• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Corporate Communications, PR, and/or Marketing is required• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail • Highly personable with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, and ability to work well across internal teams and cultures• Tactician who possesses the knowledge and confidence to present communication recommendations to the Senior Director of Communications & Enablement and stakeholders across the business• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously• Tech savvy and experienced using social media, collaboration, and content management platforms - graphic design and/or video editing tools a big plus
