What is My Impact?

The Senior IT Enterprise Technical Solution Architect works on the Enterprise Architecture team and helps define the architectural direction for key strategic initiatives including new on-premises and cloud capabilities. This enterprise architecture position is focused on security and infrastructure with emerging technologies - providing the opportunity to impact the foundational platform for future enterprise capabilities. This position provides opportunities to present proposed architectures to senior IT and business leadership. The Senior IT Enterprise Technical Solution Architect will work on a project along with the Project Manager to exercise end-to-end accountability for the solution, ensure quality project outcomes and that the system built meets the business needs and achieves the intended business value. Sr. Enterprise IT Tech Solutions Architects are accountable for the overall architecture and design of the solution across a variety of applications and domains and are assigned to projects/initiatives of large size, complexity and risk. They provide broad cross-functional expertise to assist with problem resolution.

What Will I be Doing?

• Helping to define key architectures for on premises and cloud security and infrastructure
• Work with leading and emerging security and infrastructure technologies
• Presenting strategic architecture proposals to senior IT and business leaders
• Accountable for the overall architecture and design of the solution across a variety of applications and domains and are assigned to projects/initiatives of large size, complexity and risk
• Establish design principles, architecture standards and best practices in alignment with IT strategy
• Serves as technical solutions architecture subject matter expert to business areas, project teams and vendors to apply and execute appropriate use of technology solutions. Lead efforts to implement technology vision by seeking project
• Define architecture blueprints, roadmap for implementation and collaborate to prepare ROI during annual IT budget planning
• Establishes and maintains vendor relationships to review and evaluate designs and controls and influence changes in future product releases
• Participates in the evaluation, selection and implementation of technology solutions including providing detailed analysis of pros and cons and build vs buy options.
• Provides technical guidance to less experienced Architects

What is Required?

• 6+ years related work experience. Experience Details: work experience as Solutions Architect working on progressively complex IT projects spawning across domains
• Related Bachelor's degree or additional related equivalent work experience
• Establish design principles, architecture standards and best practices in alignment with IT strategy
• Continuous improvement on technical and business skills
• Monitors and anticipates technology trends and investigates against organizational objectives and needs. Prepares benchmarking reports and presentations
• Ability to contribute and evolve IT Strategies in alignment with advancement in technologies
• Conduct technical design authority and architect review
• Execute peer reviews and undertakes active knowledge management
• Effectively manages teams and enterprise architecture strategy across a program
• Express complex concepts clearly and concisely both orally and in writing
• Provide Technology inputs into business cases
• Use relevant frameworks and guidelines for various Architecture exercise
• Implementation experience in modern UI frameworks like Angular.js, React.js
• Experience in building Microservices on multiple platforms like Java, .NET, Python, Node.js
• Working knowledge of security protocols - SAML, OAuth 2, JWT and Kerberos

What is Preferred?

• Strong working knowledge of On Premises and Cloud Infrastructure Architecture
• Working knowledge of integrating with big Data platforms
• Working knowledge on Analytics platform
• Working knowledge on enterprise search engines
• Proficiency in one of no-sql database engines
• Proficiency in working with REST platform and security protocols
• HealthCare business knowledge

General Physical Demands
