We have a great opportunity for a Sr IT System Admin to join the team of system administrators in managing the data center hosting operations for dedicated ERP platforms. Infrastructure is fully virtualized (full stack VMWare) on Hyperconverged h/w (VxRail). You will work in all areas of Systems Administration - patching, upgrades, vulnerability management and day to day operations - monitoring, break/fix issues, print server management etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage data center hosting operations for ERP platforms (Linux, Windows operating systems under VMWare).
• Manage & support the Linux and Windows (including patching, vulnerability management, and Print serving)
• Manage backup and replication platforms as part of ERP platform operations. Backups include snapshots, file systems and database backups.
• Participate in DR configurations/exercises.
• Design Architecture
• Developing standards
• Project team collaboration
• Incident Management
• Support IT Operations (including on call support)
• Normal work shift is 8 Hours. 3 days minimum to be in the office. During on- call to respond to P1/P2 Issues withing 15 minutes

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in supporting IT Operations
• 3+ years of Linux administration/ Windows and 3+ year for VMware virtualization experience.
• 3+ years working experience with database and ERP environment

WE VALUE

• Possess strong knowledge on RedHat, Oracle Linux and Windows Server OS
• Strong knowledge on Security & Patching tools
• Certification on Linux/ Windows administration.
• Scripting and automation experience using automation tools.
• Knowledge in RCCA.
