Job Description

Senior Lead Info Security Manager

The primary objective for the Cyber Threat Intelligence Team is to reduce security intelligence into actionable items for the other key areas of the security function. Collect, analyze, process, and synthesize information in support of the Cyber Threat Intelligence function.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Lead globally diverse staff of Cybersecurity Threat Intelligence Analysts, focusing on execution, planning, performance management, and staff development
  • Deliver operational excellence with the Cybersecurity Threat Intelligence program; including strategic roadmap/vision to evolve program
  • Lead TIAA relationships with key threat intelligence vendors and partners; including being a liaison for Cyber Threat Intelligence trust groups for TIAA

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Cybersecurity experience
  • 3+ years of experience working in Cyber Threat Intelligence or Cybersecurity Operations functions
  • Experience in managing, leading, and/or mentoring a team of individual contributors

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 or more years of experience working in Cyber Threat Intelligence or Cybersecurity Operations functions
  • 3 or more years of experience in managing, leading, and/or mentoring a team of individual contributors
  • Excellent writing skills to draft concise Executive Summaries of complex incidents, response actions being taken, and next steps
  • Experience identifying and managing work performed by subcontractors, including negotiating budgets and deadlines
  • Experience working with international colleagues and coordinating activities across time zones
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate with a wide range of technical and non-technical partners.
  • Familiarity with the MITRE ATT&CK framework
  • Experience setting and maintaining Priority Intelligence Requirements in conjunction with operations and business partners.
  • Experience managing vendor support.
  • Experience implementing a Threat Intelligence Platform.

Base Pay Range: $134,300/yr. - $223,900/yr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
