As a Senior Leader in our Tax Production & Delivery Operations group, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our company by overseeing teams that deliver excellence for our clients.

You'll be the driving force behind our production and quality control efforts, ensuring seamless operations and resolving any issues that arise. Collaborating with internal and external teams, you'll create an exceptional client experience that leaves a lasting impression.

Job Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree is a must have and an MBA or Master's in relevant area of study would be a bonus.
• With 10+ years of related experience in Real Estate Tax Servicing or related Operations, 7+years in Accounting/Accounts Payable and 7+ years of leadership experience, you'll bring valuable expertise to the table.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, client-centric environment and have a knack for leading teams towards exceptional results.
• Your interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills are second to none.
• Your ability to engage confidently with clients drives our client first commitment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential for effective collaboration.
• You are metrics driven leveraging data to help you make insightful and well-informed decisions.
• Your planning and organizational abilities are exceptional, allowing you to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Experience managing distributed teams including offshore resources and coordinating stakeholders across multiple functions and locations is essential.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Access demonstrates your technical aptitude along with your ability to learn proprietary company and client systems.
• You have a mind for process improvement and automation always seeking ways to make the experience better for our associates, partners, and clients.
• You are financially savvy able to forecast and manage a budget.
