Job Description:

• Leads operations for Credit and Verification services through data-driven management with a focus on quality and service.
• Plans, manages and controls the activities of a team comprised of employees distributed across 3 sites and operations offshore.
• Deliver results against a defined scope of work that includes measurable ROI, strategic innovation, performance reporting, and human capital development,
• Train and lead staff across multiple locations in all departmental operations, processes, procedures, and requirements
• Measures performance and productivity against benchmarks and provides guidance based on results.
• Drives continuous improvement culture across operations developing action plans to improve performance productivity while maintaining quality service in all areas of customer service.
• Drive and coordinate effective Quality Control as well as issue resolution across multiple teams
• Collaborate with both internal and external teams to facilitate a seamless client experience
• Foster a high-energy, client-centric operation based on accountability and engagement
• Develop and measure key performance indicators at both team and individual levels to gauge and enhance operational effectiveness
• Empower employees to work collaboratively internally and externally, but also independently with the ability to make decisions
• Provide operational agility, including cross-training and business continuity
• Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel ensuring efficient operation of the function.
• Ensures that policies and procedures align with corporate vision.

Job Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree is a must have and an MBA or Master's in a relevant area of study would be a bonus.
• 10+ years of related experience in Real Estate or Financial Services or another highly regulated industry
• 7+ years of leadership experience
• Experience leveraging process improvement and automation to improve the experience to our associates, partners, and clients.
• Agile change agent who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Experience influencing at all levels within a matrix, global organizational structure
• Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, client-centric, results-oriented culture
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and to manage change effectively
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent planning and organizational abilities
• Experience managing and/or interacting with distributed teams.
• Ability to organize and coordinate with stakeholders across multiple functions and geographic locations
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects
• Advanced technical aptitude (Excel/Access driven)
• Six Sigma Exposure (Preferred but not required)
