Job Description
What you will do here:
Manages multiple projects. Collaborates with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to determine appropriate training solutions, manage expectations, make recommendations, and communicates project status updates. Works as the project manager to manage time lines, deliverables, responsible for analysis, data gathering, development, implementation and delivery.
Creates new courses, in-classroom, virtual, and eLearning, and the hard copy or electronic materials (facilitator guides, participant workbooks, exams, etc.) to meet organizational performance and business needs and to promote learning transfer. Consults with internal stakeholders to conceive of and source new programs.
Delivers content by leveraging effective facilitation techniques to help meet the desired outcomes when facilitating a workshop or instructor-led session. Provides coaching to facilitators regarding facilitation skills and the contents of the assigned training. Conducts Train-the-Trainer sessions as needed.
Evaluates effectiveness of training and ensures that learning has occurred. Leverages findings and current industry trends to increase effectiveness and provide recommendations for change.
Develops and deploys effective communication strategies as it relates to launching new programs, content and activities.
Maintains Learning Management System (LMS) records related to course exams (including exam analysis and evaluation) and course participation.

Waht you will need:
5+ yearsof related experience required
Specific type of related experience required for this role: Corporate facilitation. Instructional Design experience using authoring tools such as Storyline, Captivate, etc. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems.
Hands-on consulting capabilities to successfully engage and collaborate with organizational leaders, internal/external clients, peers, management, and vendors to develop training solutions.
Ability to build a plan to achieve determined end results.
Great follow through and a high level of attention to detail in all project and assignments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational and project management skills
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Effective resource and project planning skills, strong decision making abilities, and the ability to stay current with relevant technology and innovation.
Strong ethics, influence, negotiation skills, leadership, interpersonal skills, communication, and the ability to effectively manage stress and engage in continuous learning.
Strong business acumen, able to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
