Data, Analytics and Insights is a department within Corporate Strategy, focused on firm-wide strategic decision support, client behavior diagnostics, advanced analytics, market research, client loyalty, management reporting, and client and prospect data management. More specifically, our Branch Analytics team provides dedicated support to the Branch Network, which guides the strategy for our client facing teams, including Branch Network, Independent Branch Services, Supervision & Controls, and Specialized Solutions teams. The team focuses on delivering actionable insights to drive growth, and help leadership make better business decisions.

Job Summary

We are seeking an inspirational people leader who has a unique combination of financial services expertise, analytic curiosity, technical depth, and business execution. The Senior Manager will cultivate strong relationships with Senior Leaders in the Branch Network, provide strategic analytical and reporting consultation, and deliver both in-depth requirements analysis and data-driven insights. This people leader will be responsible for driving the strategic direction for several key high-visibility reporting and analytics projects, and will work with business partners to ensure requirements align to prioritized business objectives. This role will lead a strong team of business analytics leads and developers that provides dedicated support for the Branch and S&C, and routinely leads work from resources in a matrixed staffing environment. A successful candidate will

• Collaborate with a variety of Branch strategy teams, and provide thought-leadership to leverage data and insights to better support our clients
• Support business intelligence and analytics needs of business partners through development of dashboards, ad hoc, and deep dive analyses
• Work closely with business partners to build a strong, well defined engagement model that ensures optimal project scoping and prioritization while balancing business impact and success
• Manage relationships and support resources to gain alignment across data and technology partners
• Build, mentor and lead a highly engaged and advanced skilled team
• Measure and communicate the impact of the team's work to ensure it is accessible, impactful, and drives business results
• Deliver as a trusted resource for all things data and analytics for the Branch and S&C
• Help provide training and consultation to client-facing field associates
• Lead roadmap priorities for our business partners, balancing complexity and impact

• Demonstrated expertise with one or more technical tools for delivering business analytics and reporting (SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc)
• Project execution skills with a consistent track record of developing and implementing critical initiatives to drive growth
• Self-starter that can thrive in a multifaceted and fast-paced work environment, with a positive attitude and solid work ethic
• Outstanding communicator who can clearly translate data to insights, and design compelling dashboards that drive action amongst users, while translating that information in a simple manner to senior executives
• Influential consultant with the ability to partner cross-functionally, cross-enterprise and work effectively with various levels and personality types within the organization
• Financial Services and experience strongly preferred
