The Associate Experience Sr Manager is the thought leader and key architect of a user-centered, solutions- oriented strategy for end-to-end experiences delivered by MGS P&O. The Associate in this role will be responsible for connecting people, process, and technology to strengthen the value proposition for our Associate population while driving increased efficiency and effectiveness in the operations of the P&O function.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years experience in HR organizations
- 5+ years of proven leadership experience with solutioning process or product design through technology solutions, with a strong emphasis on Associate / employee experience and end-to-end design
- Strong people leader who can collaborate, in a matrixed environment, with multi-cultural and remote peers / project teams
- Proactive, self-starter who has excellent project management skills
- Multi-national corporate experience working across different time zones and geographies
- Experience in leading and implementing new programs and initiatives
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English
- Experience on projects requiring change management or transformational process and organization behavior changes
- Experience in a Shared Services Centre environment
Preferred
- 5+ years of proven leadership experience with HR Portal and/or intranet implementation, particularly Associate / employee-facing Portal initiatives and communications
- Experience with Workday system
- Experience with Workday deployments
- Trained in Product Development Lifecycle
What will be your key responsibilities?
End-to-End Vision
- Defines and delivers the end-to-end Associate Experience using design thinking, benchmarks, and best practices; owns all prioritized Associate Experience personas and user journeys.
- Is the decision-maker for any differences between the global Portal (ServiceNow + Workday People Experience) template and any regional or business segment requirements; driving standardization and having a strong bias for simplification and value creation •
- Develops and delivers a robust Associate Experience listening and measurement plan and resulting roadmap to monitors MGS P&O performance on the Associate promise to all prioritized personas across all prioritized user journeys
- Establishes and maintains relationships with senior leaders to deliver what is needed in terms of resources and capability building to maximize Associate Experience
Product Ownership
Partners with stakeholders and customers across Mars to inform the Portal vision, strategy, features, and prioritization
Drives adoption and satisfaction of diverse, global user community via multiple intake channels
Collaborates closely with Continuous Improvement and Agile Delivery teams to minimize process disruptions, swift issue resolution, deliver high-quality feature deployment
Maintains strict standards with regards to data privacy and confidential company information
Leadership
Is the thought leader and trusted advisor to provide input as to how the end-to-end Associate Experience will deliver strategic outcomes
Develops strong relationships with key stakeholders and senior leaders to influence and drive acceptance of change across the organization
Coordinates across functional areas to ensure a consistent approach to the Associate Experience is applied with final decision rights on the Associate / Portal experience
Defines, tracks, reports and is accountable for key end-to-end performance indicators that demonstrate the strategic value of the Associate Experience
When necessary, creates compelling business cases to secure funding for any additional requirements
