SUMMARY:
The Senior Manager, Customer Marketing is responsible for creating and leading demand generation and lead generation activities, conversion programs, and marketing campaigns that provide measurable results and improvement in campaign KPIs. This individual will also lead our Customer Marketing pillar, which includes social media, research & insights, and creative services (video production + graphic design).

This position will serve our Water Heater Division, located in Roswell, GA.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Develop, manage and optimize email and multi-channel campaigns, based on customer journeys, to maximize performance through the purchase funnel and drive marketing qualified leads and conversions
• Collaborate with content marketing team to develop content to support lead gen/nurture strategies
• Run A/B tests and "test & learn" activities for email campaigns and landing pages to optimize performance
• Manage "one-off" cross-departmental email calendar, send volume, list targeting, production, etc. and define cadence based on performance testing, segmentation and organizational prioritization
• Create monthly performance dashboards and executive reports with key trends and insights
• Ensure all email programs are developed in compliance with CAN-SPAM, CCPA/CPRA, etc.
• Oversee Email marketing/Automation, Content Marketing/Social Media, Research & Insights, Creative services (video & graphic design)
• Manage a team of 6.
Qualifications:
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years relevant experience
• Experience in Marketing Automation Software strongly preferred.
• Experience with MS Dynamics, Acoustic, SugarCRM or similar software is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and HTML. Adobe Creative Suite hands-on experience is an advantage.
HOW TO STAND OUT:
• Master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Sales, marketing, or HVAC / Water Heating industry experience preferred.
• Experience in customer marketing in durable goods a plus.
• Advanced Google Analytics, basic HTML for email design
• Advanced knowledge of email tools, marketing automation, customer data management, and a passion for analytics
• Agency management experience is a plus
• Excellent leadership skills: experience in successfully leading cross-functional teams that meet deadlines and objectives
• Evidence of organizational skills and ability to lead complex projects and processes.
