The Director/Senior Director of Technology Program Management at Salesforce plays a pivotal role in leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives within our Technology & Products organizations. This position is responsible for managing programs from inception to completion, ensuring streamlined workflows and effective communication. The role involves close collaboration with executives and key stakeholders to drive critical programs and activities across the company. Specifically, the Technical Program Manager (TPM) for Managed Services will focus on the successful delivery and adoption of services such as VegaCache, Message Queue (MQ), and MAPS (Managed Async Processing Services), enabling multi-substrate capabilities for our customers. This individual will work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, customer success, and support, to ensure seamless service delivery, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. Partnering with the leadership team, the TPM will drive cross-functional and cross-domain planning and execution across multiple clouds, such as Engineering, Customer Enablement, and Product, to deliver key business value. The role demands strong communication, coordination, organization, leadership, flexibility, and ownership to navigate a fast-paced, dynamic environment with mission-critical business deliverables and unforeseen challenges
