What You’ll Do:
Traeger is seeking an Employee & Guest Services Manager to join our Traeger Team. In this role you will be responsible for the overall experience for both employees and guests visiting our Traeger office. Traeger is opening a new headquarters in Fall 2023 and in this role you would be a key leader defining how our new space will operate.
You will ensure that the team is consistently delivering high quality services and a best in class atmosphere. You will be leading our Employee & Guest Services team members and liaising with vendors to create a best in class workplace experience. This role is based in Salt Lake City and in the office five (5) days per week.
How You'll Help Us Win:
Establish a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all guests and employees that is reflective of the Traeger brand through 3 key areas:
- Employee & Guest Services
- Develop standard operating procedures and ensure team members are consistently delivering the highest standards in service and smooth operations. Key services include:
- Reception Desk
- Conference Rooms
- Lobby and Break Areas
- Mail and Package Distribution
- Office Supplies and Printing
- Parking and Commuter Services
- Coordinate with a combination of internal and external resources on employee food services as needed, including meals and break room area supplies
- Facilities Management:
- Proactively review and address both internal and external building conditions
- Coordinate and manage daily housekeeping needs through external vendors
- Respond promptly to requests for building maintenance, repairs, cleaning needs, etc. by contacting and following up with appropriate vendors
- Identify proactive solutions to prevent larger issues and minimize future disruption
- Safety & Security:
- Ensure office environment is free from hazards; develop and implement procedures to ensure employees know safety protocols.
- Maintain internal procedures and relationships with external security vendors to ensure the office is secure.
- Prepare budgets and track expenditures and purchase orders. Identify cost effective solutions and savings opportunities as appropriate
- Manage a combination of internal team members, contractors, and vendors in the achievement of all these objectives. Create a culture of respect and value where every person understands their role and impact on the Traeger community
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Minimum of 8 years of related work experience
- Experience leading and managing teams
- Hospitality/Corporate Guest Services experience
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to build relationships with everyone
