ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:  

The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team is a global function that uses financial modeling to provide timely insight into business performance, accurate forecasts, and actionable recommendations to drive efficient growth. The (Sr.) Manager - FP&A, Marketing Analytics will lead and scale the company’s global efforts to grow and measure new and existing marketing strategies, in line with company goals . The Marketing Analytics Manager will sit within the FP&A team and work with cross functional teams in marketing and data analytics to drive actionable insights. In this role, you will partner with the CMO organization to drive the annual operating plan / budgeting process – facilitating the creation of objectives and key results and ensuring that targets, budgets and plans cascade down to each organization and team within the function. The ideal candidate will relish the opportunity to help TKWW’s marketing leadership efficiently deploy and grow their budget.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Modeling – build models to understand the efficacy of new marketing campaigns (ROI, ROAS, LTV/CAC, multi-channel attribution, etc.)
  • Analysis - Understand and provide insights on user behavior, conversion data, customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channel campaigns
  • Reporting - Deliver monthly, cross-channel performance reports with actionable insights, including variances to expectations, forecast revisions, and recommendations to increase/decrease spend
  • Collaboration - Be a thoughtful and supportive business partner. Work with the CMO org to set OKRs and cascade goals down to the team, inform budget/forecast decisions, and ensure optimal deployment of resources
  • Innovation - Support our test & learn strategy, while spotting opportunities to try innovative new methodologies and improve the analytical rigor of our work
  • Benchmark performance to best-in-class and advise on KPIs based on performance analysis
  • Work with large volumes of complex data to filter signal from noise and extract insights

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • BA or BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, Statistics, Computer Science)
  • 6+ years experience in a financial/analytical role with a record of increasing responsibility. 
  • Demonstrated experience using marketing analytics to drive business results
  • Ability to build strong cross functional partnerships. This role will partner with business units to develop a deep understanding of marketing initiatives and efficacy 
  • Intense curiosity about understanding the key drivers of a multi-faceted business
  • Expert-level knowledge of Excel and proficient with Google Analytics 360
  • Ability to build predictive models from scratch as well as improve existing models, ensuring their quality, timeliness and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently, detail-oriented, and execution focused
  • Significant experience in a high growth technology company
  • 2+ years of direct people management experience preferred
  • Experience with NetSuite, OneStream or Adaptive Insights, or other enterprise-grade financial systems
  • High Energy and innovative, with the ability to thrive in an atmosphere of constant change
  • Experience with business intelligence analytics tools such as Tableau or Qlik; Basic SQL
  • International business experience and Spanish language skills are both a plus
