The Headlines:
In the role of Global FP&A Sr. Manager working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the Global Planning & Forecasting team. You will be responsible for managing the global planning, forecasting and consolidation processes for the Enterprise P&L, along with reporting for Senior Executives and the Board of Directors. This position also heavily supports the Investor Relations team on quarterly earnings release and calls via reporting and analysis. Additionally, this position is responsible for financial reporting related to global compensation and incentive plans. The ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with the various Finance divisions including EMEA & APAC and Corporate finance teams (especially CFO and Investor Relations) as well as Senior Executives is key to the position.
This position reports Sr. Director Global Planning & Forecasting and works closely with Investor Relations team on quarterly earnings release and calls via reporting and analysis, along with reporting for Senior Executives and the Board of Directors.
The Responsibilities:
- Manages the Global P&L forecast process
- Manages forecast calendar and the overall process to complete an accurate and on time forecast throughout the Molson Coors organization
- Responsible for global financial P&L forecast consolidation, reporting and presenting to senior management via the monthly LT deck and financial reporting for the Board of Directors
- Establishes and maintains key relationships with forecast leads throughout business for both local currency and US dollar reporting
- Attends monthly EMEA & APAC review with Senior Executives, supporting the CFO as needed
- Oversees updates of financial forecast models monthly including responsibility for Anaplan content and creation of financial dashboards
- Manages annual planning calendar and the overall process, including partnership with the Strategy team, to deliver the financial LRP and Annual Operating Plan for Molson Coors Beverage Company.
- Coordinates the annual target setting process and related communications, including performing analysis, scenario planning, and making top and bottom-line target recommendations to the CFO and CEO
- Reviews, summarizes, and prepares budget information and analysis for presentation to Board of Directors
- Coordinates quarterly external reporting and analysis
The Other Qualifications:

- You have a bachelor's degree in B.A. or B.S. Finance or related field
- Preferred: MBA or Graduate Finance or Accounting (CPA)
- You have at least 5 years experience
- Prior budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting experience
- Financial modeling, analysis, and corporate reporting
- Strong understanding of financial statements
