Overview:
As the Global Process Owner for Business Travel, Meetings & Events, and the Corporate Card Program, you will strategically drive excellence and oversee the alignment of our travel policies and procedures with Dolby's business objectives. You will work closely with various departments to achieve a best-in-class, end-to-end travel and expense experience in a compliant manner.
- Be the process owner of the large meetings and events workflow, delivering savings and mitigating risk. Liaison between event planners and the meeting services providers to ensure seamless execution of event related procedures and high levels of customer service.
- Engage with Executive Assistants across the company as their business travel and corporate card subject matter expert.
- Lead the company's annual global hotel RFP.
- Deep engagement with Travel Management Company services to support company policies and retain customer service level expectations.
- Investigate, implement, and champion potential pre-trip approval processes.
- Consistently assess travel management technology, tools, processes that could result in streamlined operations and more efficiency.
- Strategic sourcing, vendor manager for all travel related suppliers (i.e., airlines, hotels, rideshare, technology providers, airlines, hotels, etc.) to ensure we receive the best possible rates and services.
- Partner with global security operations and travel security supplier to ensure duty of care for business travelers.
- Lead the resolution of customer service issues efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Partner closely with our Sustainability team to reach established SBTi carbon reduction goals as it pertains to global business travel.
- Collaborate with Legal, Payroll, People departments to guarantee our travel policies align or surpass global regulatory requirements.
- Lead the relationship of our global credit card provider and program.
- Partner with finance stake holders for local administration of card products.
- Cultivate strong cross-organizational collaborations to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Support and partner with Business Finance on data requests, spend analytics and transparency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in tourism, travel, hospitality, or finance or 10 years of relevant experience with accreditation from the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA)
- Proficient knowledge of travel management company, online booking tool and expense management technologies.
- Strong written, presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and own multiple projects and responsibilities.
- Knowledge of business travel data and analytics.

The San Francisco/Bay Area base salary range for this full-time position is $162,100 - $198,100, which can vary if outside this location,plus bonus, benefits, and some roles may also include equity. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, competencies, experience, market demands, internal parity, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range and perks and benefits for your location during the hiring process.
