POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Manager of HR Analytics leads a diverse team of subject matter experts to guide the development and implementation of human capital measurement, insight, and predictive analytics in direct support of the organization's HR priorities. Partners with senior stakeholders across the HR organization to identify priorities, predict personnel needs, and provide data-based, influential commentary around the current state of the workforce, as well as future trends. Oversees the development and implementation of technology-based solutions to continue the enhancement of workforce capabilities across the organization, as well as provide useful human capital reporting tools & metrics for HR leadership, HR COEs, various business organizations, and Executive Leadership. The ideal candidate will be comfortable presenting findings to executives and other leaders across the company and demonstrates experience collaborating across business units & business leaders across the organization.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Create and execute the HR analytics vision and strategy, enabling solutions that cut across the entire employee lifecycle, in alignment with HR and business unit requirements. You need to know, or quickly learn, the business, its key metrics, and how to link the business and talent.
  • Manage HR analytics governance, ensuring all projects are prioritized by business value and aligned with other organization's analytics projects.
  • Build relationships to collaborate with multiple teams, including HR COE leads, HR Business Partners, and individuals throughout various functions, including IT, Finance, and Business units, to understand business requirements and drive innovation to deliver solutions.
  • Deliver meaningful & actionable analysis. The analysis will propel succession planning, workforce plans, hiring strategies, workforce reorganization, and empower HR to make sound strategic decisions.
  • Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and data visualization across primary stakeholder groups (Executive Leadership, BoD, business leaders, HR leaders, HRBPs, etc.). The information provided should include metrics supporting business and HR monitoring (attract, develop, and retain processes).
  • Actively pursue the ongoing improvement of self-service reporting & analytics tools and capabilities.
  • Maintain operational excellence on the team to ensure high-quality methods to gather and manage large datasets from multiple sources, transforming, cleansing, validating, or testing the data as necessary.
  • Partner with IT team to develop and enhance HR data models in Azure to drive & deliver HR metrics, analysis & trends.
  • Innovate and explore expanding the team's capabilities by automating and streamlining work, to enable more time for business consultation.
  • Use data science strategies and modeling techniques to provide to predictive analysis and proactive metrics to HR Leadership to enhance data-driven business decisions.
  • Data-driven workforce planning, including analyzing the total workforce cost and ensuring forecasting and scenario modeling is consistently performed, and results are communicated to stakeholders.
  • Keep on top of changing requirements and practices for maintaining ethical workforce data handling.
  • Ensure that any data activities are in alignment with data privacy standards.
  • Demonstrate exceptional judgment and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive people data and business issues.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, related field.
  • 5+ years of Analytics Leadership
  • Working knowledge of data mining principles: predictive analytics, mapping, collecting data from multiple data systems on premises and cloud-based data sources.
  • Experience working with and creating databases and dashboards using all relevant data to inform decisions.
