Sr Manager, HR Global Operations Programs

Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management and coaching of Global Operations program leads
- Partner with Program Leads to evolve their programs paying close attention to automation and efficiency opportunities with the employee experience at the front and center of how we operate
- Using a document library, create, document, and store all processes, policies, and guides in an easily accessible format
- Establish a quarterly document review process and update accordingly
- Using reporting and audits, ensure data integrity at each stage of the process for each program
- Establish KPIs, metrics, and goals specific to each program and team lead
- Collaborate closely with our Centers of Excellence and other stakeholders such as HR Answers, IT, Payroll, People Solutions, Compensation, Legal etc...and other partners to draft, socialize, and implement new policies and processes with a focus on automation, where possible
- Fosters and manages relationships with key vendors to ensure the effective support and delivery of programs
- Stays up to date on global legal requirements and labor laws to ensure policies and processes remain compliant in all markets
- Coach and mentor your team while seeking out developmental and growth opportunities through formal/structured and 'on- the- job' training
- Project manage medium to large complex projects, manage deadlines, communication and collaborating with internal and/or external stakeholders to ensure timely and successful completion of deliverables
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources
- Global experience in an HR operations environment, including APAC, EMEA, and AMER
- Experience managing and coaching leaders
- Project management experience
- Process and execution orientated in order to manage multiple priorities while accomplishing departmental and organizational goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills

If hired for this position in Colorado, the compensation range for this position is between $103,125.00 - $171,875.00. The compensation may vary depending on your location, skills and experience. The compensation package may also include additional incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, plus equity incentives. Yahoo provides industry-leading benefits including healthcare, retirement, company holidays, vacation, sick time, parental leave and an employee assistance program.
