As a successful Sr. Manager, Implementations, you will ensure that Fiserv delivers on its commitments to our financial institution partners. You will serve a meaningful role in driving client satisfaction in partnership with stakeholders across the organization.

What you will do:

You will drive Credit Service Administration's P&L and client satisfaction in partnership with stakeholders across the organization.

• Lead program, project and staff augmentation team of 12+ to deliver against client requests and business plans
• Maintain and improve governance process to manage client initiatives with centralized tracking of initiatives and progress
• Support development of and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress over time periods

What you will need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations or a related field required.
• Demonstrated success in effectively driving delivery
• 5+ years of operational consulting experience

What would be great to have:

• 7+ years of experience in business implementations or operations in a leadership role.
• 5+ years of experience in the Financial Services Industry
• Excellent ability to lead and motivate teams of 12+
