Marketing Technology
The Marketing Technology role supports the organization's global customer relationship management (CRM) technology instance for sales reporting. This job is responsible for supporting the organization's global distribution teams by managing user requests, enhancing user experience, providing user training, and managing data integrity of the platform. This job assists in the implementation of business processes and improvements that drive customer satisfaction and reduce risk. This job also is responsible for activities associated with ongoing enhancements and integrations, including business requirements, documentation, testing, and training.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Performs application configuration and customization (e.g., managing pick lists, developing workflows), including testing and evaluation, to ensure quality and consistency.
- Performs user support to analyze and resolve simple to complex application issues.
- Drives user adoption of customer relationship management (CRM) technology and ensures that users are able to navigate the application.
- Manages and maintains data within the CRM to ensure data adheres to data standards.
- Recommends and implements data quality processes and provides sign off on data-related changes.
- Identifies gaps between business needs and standard CRM application functionality.
- Partners with information technology (IT) partners to design and document solutions to bridge the gaps, and provides detailed business requirements for CRM developers.
- Develops, documents, and executes test plans to assess business processes.
- Assists and advises technical architects on design decisions, both within the CRM technology and other connected applications.

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing automation, demand generation, and system operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing automation, demand generation, and system operations
- Bachelor's degree in Computational Engineering, Science, or a related field; Master's degree is preferred
- Hands on experience with SFMC marketing automation platform and tools
- Deep understanding of marketing automation workflows, creating email marketing campaigns, and deepening customer engagement
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and IT teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Additional Responsibilities and Duties:
- Understand marketing content requirements, working collaboratively with business and marketing stakeholders
- Convert business requirements to technology design and implementation specifications
- Design and build reusable content types working closely with TIAA CMO teams
- Develop marketing content automation journeys aligning with TIAA business objectives
- Design and build content taxonomy and content tagging capabilities in SFMC Content Builder
- Build customer journeys in SFMC journey builder delivering the right content to right audience
- Build Web Templates in Marketing Cloud Personalization implementing SFMC Server Side and Client-Side scripts
- Build Content Personalization Einstein rules across SFMC
- Build SFMC capabilities to deliver content through customer preferred channels
- Develop automation personalization rules in Emails leveraging AMPscript
- Develop omni channel content distribution automation capability leveraging SFMC platforms and tools
- Optimize customer engagement working closely with analytics leads
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and IT teams to align on strategy, optimize performance, and build customer journeys
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns and improve ROI

Base Pay Range: $95,800/yr. - $132,000/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
