Sr Manager, NA Finance

What You'll Do

Own the consolidated reporting and profitability analysis processes for the North American FP&A team. Work closely with the Senior Director of FP&A to provide analysis and insights for the key management routines such as forecasting, month end reporting and annual budgeting.

• Serve as preliminary reviewer of the North American regional FP&A submittals to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency.• Manage the month / quarter end financial analysis process to ensure the Senior Director is provided with timely and actionable analysis for each of the regions reported financial results.• Develop standard reporting package for the monthly / quarterly forecast process to ensure the quality, timeliness, and integrity of our financial forecast is optimized.• Create and maintain KPI reporting for North American financial and operating performance and forecast.• Consolidate the annual North American strategic and operating budgets from regional field teams from initial submittals to the approval process from the executive leadership team. • Periodically travel to assist regional teams in the event of staffing needs or supporting special projects.• Assist in Oracle implementation (slated for Q2 2024) finance end user testing.• Perform ad hoc reporting and support special projects for the Chief Operating Officer and other business partners as needed.

What Experience You Need

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.• 5-8 years of relative experience in Financial Planning & Analysis in support of a business with multiple different locations or separate businesses.• Demonstrated knowledge of financial statement analysis including income statement (P&L) and balance sheet reporting.• Ability to establish a high degree of accountability across the organization through both performance measurement and clear communication.• Proficient with business financial systems and tools such as MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, SAP, Oracle, BPC, Hyperion, etc.
