Job Description:

Education:

  • Bachelor's in Engineering, Statistics, Data or Information Sciences
  • Master's Degree preferred

Work Experiences:

  • At least 8 years of B2C Omnichannel measurement and analytics (preferably retail)

Skills:

  • At least 8 years of experience in the field of data and analytics
  • At least 6 years of experience in people management
  • 5+ years of experience in retail or B2C
  • High proficiency in using programming languages like Python, SQL and BI tools like Tableau/Power BI, Looker, MicroStrategy
  • High proficiency in advanced analytics, exploratory data analysis (e.g., linear/logistic regression, Cluster analysis)
  • Strong experience building out, articulating, and delivering on business cases around data use and/or a data-centric business strategy
  • Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, with the ability to interact with all levels of end users and technical resources
  • Executive presence to work closely with VP, SVP and above
  • Excellent analytic skills with the ability to use tools & data to dive deep and provide analysis consistently on performance metrics
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to interface effectively with individuals at various levels.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while consistently meeting time sensitive deadlines.
  • Analytical with strong problem-solving abilities and creative resolution skills.
  • Ability to remain organized, pay attention to detail, and meet critical deadlines.
  • Ability to work well independently, as well as effectively contribute to a team environment.
  • Ability to prioritize workload, meet multiple deadlines simultaneously in a fast paced, frequently changing environment
  • Strong Microsoft office program experience including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and VBA

Responsibilities:

  • Provide near-term strategic and tactical plans to execute analytics for the omnichannel team.
  • Collects data, analyzes trends, draws conclusions, and provides recommendations on cross-channel marketing tactics and strategies (including broadcast, social media, mobile marketing, banner ads)
  • Project manages key strategic marketing initiatives (example: Media Mix Modeling, Multi-Touch Attribution, etc.)
  • Provide upcoming campaign strategy based on product category, location and media tactic
  • Partners with the Media and other key marketing firms to ensure media marketing efforts of the Marketing are obtaining an acceptable ROI
  • Model and Forecast supporting campaign and category plans
  • Creates experimental designs (test vs. control) for marketing tactics which allows for accurate ROI measurement
  • Leads the analytics and communication process for key marketing programs including weekly ad and broadcast (including online video).
  • Partners with other Sr. Marketing Analysts to provide integrated and comprehensive marketing program analysis.
  • Required to learn company policies, procedures, and safety rules

  • Lead by example to build a culture of accountability and rigor to substantiate proven business impact with data; provide guidance to other analysts on the team
