Sr Manager, PMO & Transformation
Job Description
We are looking for a leader for our Business Process and Transformation office to craft and deliver the critical operating rhythms that enable program delivery and execution! Reporting to Meraki’s VP of Operations and as a member of the Operations Sr Staff team, you will work closely with all internal functional leaders using planning and program management to build clear pathways for business transformation and acceleration. You will lead our cross-functional program management efforts, working to deliver our highest priorities while structuring processes that reflect our values and best practices. And, you will be the voice of your team for critical, enterprise-level, multi-functional initiatives, guiding a clear vision on systems and motions needed in a high-growth business. What you will do:- Own the Program Management & Transformation Office Directing and managing the day-to-day operations of the PMO, including planning, organizing, and directing projects.
- Ensure that programs are prioritized, completed within a framework, delivered on time and within budget, with progress communicated to stakeholders at all levels within the organization.Â
- Establish a clear methodology for program management and delivery, working with stakeholders to set clear requirements, create end-to-end program plans, and identifying, mitigating, and escalating potential risks to program delivery.
- Partner with SVPs, GMs, and other Sr leaders across Cisco to orchestrate critical transformation initiatives, bringing the process and support needed to enable execution at scale, business acceleration, and data-based decision making.
- Lead, grow, and invest in a 20+ team of diverse program and change management professionals, building and sustaining an environment centered on trust, learning, belonging, and accountability.

- Leading high-visibility, enterprise-level, initiatives with high revenue/cost mitigation impact in dynamic environments with tight turnarounds
- Leading change to accelerate an organization’s business outcomes
- Designing systems using project lifecycle management (design, testing, implementation, and support)
- 10+ years of Business Process or consulting experience with 4+ years of leadership experience at a senior level.
