Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted partner to regional and global teams, ensuring flawless coordination and growth.
  • Lead and manage a multi-national engineering team to successfully implement business objectives.
  • Coordinate customer relationships and address blocking issues with a focus on delivering outstanding experiences.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to determine and articulate clear responses to customer needs.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue and profitability goals.
  • Collaborate closely with support, product management, and engineering teams to ensure customer happiness.
  • Track and report key performance indicators, optimizing delivery capacity and resource utilization.
  • Drive continuous process improvements, ensuring compliance with quality management standards.
  • Facilitate engaging and informative team and customer meetings.
  • Implement a consistent methodology across the global services organization.
  • Build and lead a motivated team, investing in their development and career growth.
  • Provide support for departmental processes when faced with a blocking issue.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the Global Services organization by attracting and retaining top talent.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and learning.
  • Perform other duties as necessary.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in CS, Engineering, Life Sciences, or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in leading regional enterprise software services teams.
  • Experience with software and services for clinical diagnostics is desirable.
  • Proven leadership in managing multi-national informatics software services teams.
  • Extensive knowledge of enterprise software services in life and laboratory sciences.
  • General awareness of market trends and key players in the life and laboratory informatics space.
  • Experience in a matrix organization delivering shared objectives in a global environment.
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of business insight and a focus on customer needs.
  • Ability to innovate, prioritize workload, and work under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in English
