This role is a senior, analytical leadership position focused on driving revenue strategy, operational efficiency, and data-driven insights across the sales and services organization. You will partner with multiple teams, including sales, marketing, finance, product, and data engineering, to design, implement, and optimize processes and reporting that support strategic decision-making. The role requires deep experience with large data sets, analytics tools, and revenue operations, translating complex datasets into actionable insights that improve business outcomes. You will monitor team performance, identify trends, and recommend process enhancements that enable growth and scalability. Success in this role is measured by your ability to drive operational excellence, improve efficiency, and support strategic planning across multiple markets. This position blends technical expertise with business acumen, offering the opportunity to influence key operational and strategic decisions.
Accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain sophisticated analytics to support sales, services, and marketing decisions
- Monitor team and market performance, delivering actionable insights through dashboards and reports
- Ensure data quality and consistency across systems, aligning metrics across departments
- Build financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives
- Identify business trends, opportunities, and process inefficiencies, making recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system enhancements, Salesforce optimization, and revenue operations initiatives
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders ranging from field teams to senior leadership
- 8+ years of experience in analytics, data-driven strategy, or revenue operations
- Strong proficiency with SQL, Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), and reporting tools
- Experience with Salesforce and understanding of sales operations: goaling, territory management, commission plans, and SPIFs
- Proven ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights and recommendations
- Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strategic thinking with the ability to influence business decisions and process improvements
- College degree required; experience in finance, analytics, or operations preferred
- Self-motivated, able to work under pressure, and manage multiple priorities effectively
- People management experience is a plus
- Competitive base salary ($130,000–$145,000 CAD) with eligibility for annual bonus
