This role is a strategic and operational leader supporting the North America sales organization. You will manage a team of Sales Business Partners while partnering closely with regional leadership to drive forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance. This position blends people leadership with hands-on operational oversight, ensuring that sales strategies are executed effectively and revenue goals are met. You will be instrumental in fostering cross-functional collaboration, improving sales processes, and providing insightful analysis to guide business decisions. Accountabilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Business Partners, setting performance goals and conducting regular 1:1s to ensure alignment and growth.
  • Oversee regional sales operating rhythms, including forecasting, pipeline management, quarterly business reviews, and performance tracking.
  • Analyze sales metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement regional go-to-market strategies in collaboration with GTM Strategy & Operations partners.
  • Ensure clear communication and alignment across teams, facilitating operational excellence and efficient execution.
  • Serve as a player/coach, combining team management with hands-on support for strategic sales initiatives.
  • Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or strategy consulting in SaaS environments.
  • Proven experience managing direct reports and setting team operating processes, KPIs, and OKRs.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, including experience presenting insights to executives.
  • Familiarity with sales forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and operating rhythms such as MBRs and QBRs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships across cross-functional teams and influence decisions.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
