Series B, venture backed real estate platform company in SF is looking to make their first sales finance hire to advise the founders/exec team on everything sales finance related such as the following but not limited to:

• Oversight of sales forecasts and headcount hiring plan and its relation to bookings, quota and commissions
• Becoming the go-to partner with sales, finance and marketing leaders to build models for supply/demand as company scales
• FP&A and other budgeting/planning ownership, strategic guidance to guide executive team in tandem with sales leaders
• Developing the company's first in-depth model for sales productivity

• 6-8+ years experience with strong academic pedigree and FP&A experience
• Investment Banking, Strategy Consulting, brand company FP&A experience a plus
• Nimble and able to grasp different business strategies
• Growth-stage scaling experience preferred
• Maturity, ability to counsel and advise leadership team on all things finance
