What You’ll Do:
DeepIntent is looking for a Sr Manager, Sales Marketing to join the Marketing team. The Sales Marketing team is responsible for developing and implementing strategic programs, tools, and resources that help DeepIntent’s teams grow revenue and improve productivity.
In this role, the Sr Manager, Sales Marketing will work closely with marketing and commercial leadership to define and prioritize initiatives that support our revenue strategies and steward execution in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. product and growth marketing, sales, client services, analytics).
Key responsibilities include development of key sales motions and playbooks, creating collateral and resources, and empowering teams by elevating our content management and communication processes.
- Create and execute sales playbooks to arm commercial teams with resources aligned with key use cases and selling strategies. Establish strategies and processes for productive field hand-off, resource utilization, and feedback loops
- Create content and resources for sales motions, GTM initiatives, and RFI/RFP workflows that improve efficiencies and maximize how we show up. Includes sales presentations, proposal templates, case studies, sales messaging and copy docs, and more
- Own the implementation, rollout/adoption, and management of our Sales Enablement platform. Collaborate with VP of Sales Marketing, Commercial team leads, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure key use cases and requirement are met
- Establish and execute content management and governance processes to ensure resources are easy to find, accurate, and timely
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Learning & Development to facilitate training and enablement efforts that equip our commercial teams with the knowledge needed to excel in their roles
- Maintain understanding of revenue priorities by participating in commercial team meetings and planning sessions
Who You Are:
- 6+ years experience in sales marketing, sales or solutions consulting, B2B product marketing, or a related role
- Experience in marketing for an adtech company preferred; media agency experience a plus
- Strong understanding of digital media and advertising landscape required; experience within the healthcare and/or pharma vertical preferred
- Proven success with simplifying client problems to build sales motions that align products accordingly
- Experience creating a variety of sales/marketing collateral and resources, including outbound assets, templates, messaging, and internal reference materials
- Proven success and strong proficiency implementing and managing Seismic and/or Highspot required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships with various stakeholder profiles
- Strong project management and prioritization skills. Extremely organized and detail-oriented. Passionate about creating programs/processes that drive operational efficiencies
- While the role is based in NYC, we are open to candidates who are remote, willing to work in EST and travel to NYC for periodic business meetings (1-2X per quarter).
DeepIntent is proud to offer a competitive compensation package inclusive of a base salary range of $120,000- $145,000. The base salary range takes into consideration each candidate's skills, experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer an annualized bonus/commissions plan and competitive benefits as well as many other company offerings
